This infographic showcases the findings of our comprehensive research study on sensory sensitivity in worship services. Our research combined a review of academic literature and an extensive survey of over 1,000 individuals with sensory sensitivities and their families, as well as insights from more than 100 ministry leaders. The infographic visually presents key findings from our study, focusing on the experiences, needs, and regulation strategies of people with sensory processing sensitivity during worship services. It also highlights how ministry leaders currently support these individuals. By presenting this data visually, we hope to provide a clear, accessible overview of our research to help to inform and inspire more inclusive practices in worship communities.
