Alumni Services
Building Access
Alumni are required to register once at the circulation desk and afterwards check in each time at the circulation desk when using the law library.
Borrowing Materials
Local alumni have borrowing privileges at Beeson Law Library. In order to check out materials – local alumni must pay $10 per year for a borrowing card, have an office in metro Birmingham or live in the metro Birmingham area. Local non-alumni must pay $25 per year for a borrowing card.
Databases
Patron Access Westlaw and Lexis are both available to alumni on two computers near the circulation desk. Other law library databases are available on-site at public computer workstations.
