Antonina McLeod joined the Career Development Center in August 2024. In her role, she helps students and alumni in all aspects of their internship, job, or graduate school search, including research, networking, application materials and professional correspondence, interviewing, and more. 

Originally from Chisinau in the Republic of Moldova, she received an undergraduate degree in Education and Foreign Languages from the Ion Creanga Pedagogical State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Tennessee State University. Before moving to the Career Development Center, she served as the undergraduate student services coordinator and academic adviser in the Brock School of Business. She also worked as an academic adviser and career consultant at the University of Georgia before moving to Birmingham. Antonina enjoys helping students reach their full potential and create a personalized path to career success.
