Financial Aid Refund Checks and Student Employment Paychecks
Refund checks and Student Employment Paychecks will not be made available for pick-up in the Samford One Stop.
We recommend financial aid refunds be direct deposited to your financial institution of choice. Use your Samford user name or 900# and password to log into the Financial Portal and set up direct deposit. Otherwise, your refund will be mailed to the most recent permanent address. To check your contact information, go to the student portal and find the “My Contact Information” section and review information at the “Address and Phone Information” link. To view the refund schedules for the year, go to the main Samford One Stop page and review page two of the Billing and Refund Schedule document.
We recommend student employment paychecks be delivered by payroll direct deposit (a different process than described above for refunds). Review and submit this form to studentjobs@samford.edu. If you do not wish to sign up for direct deposit, your paychecks will automatically be mailed. You should receive an email from Student Employment with detailed information about the address to which your paychecks will be mailed.
Submit Paperwork
Most financial aid forms are to be submitted in digital format through the student portal.
- Log into the student portal and click on the blue Financial Aid tab and then “My Financial Aid Requirements” link to see and submit any unfulfilled requirements/paperwork.
Any financial aid related paperwork that cannot be submitted through the portal should be emailed or mailed to the Samford One Stop.
Drop your paperwork in campus mail addressed to the Samford One Stop.
- Be sure your 900# and first/last name is included on the paperwork.
If off campus, mail your paperwork to:
Samford One Stop
