BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford University baseball team's Saturday game versus UNC Greensboro has been postponed due to inclement weather in the Birmingham area. The teams will now play on Sunday at 10 a.m. at Joe Lee Griffin Field.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford University baseball team swept a Southern Conference doubleheader from UNC Greensboro Friday at Joe Lee Griffin Field. The Bulldogs won the first game, 14-2 in seven innings and then took game two, 12-2 in seven innings.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Samford softball team continued Southern Conference Tournament play as they faced Mercer this afternoon in an elimination game. The loser would head home while the winner would head to the championship against Chattanooga. The Bulldogs fell behind early and could never get back level with the Bears as they added more runs late and Samford fell 13-5. The Dogs end their season with a 33-23 record.
