The countdown is on! In 10 days on Sunday, September 20th the eyes of the sporting world will be on Birmingham, AL as we play host to the World Cup winning U.S. Women's National team. The match will be aired on the ESPN networks for a worldwide audience to see. It's time to shine!

To date, we have sold close to 35,000 tickets for the match. Pittsburgh set the record for the 2015 World Cup Victory Tour with 44,028 in attendance. We need to pack out Legion Field with over 50,000 screaming, passionate, patriotic soccer fans and show the world why U.S. Soccer should make Birmingham a regular stop for high profile matches! Over the last two decades we have lost hundreds of high profile sporting events to Atlanta, Nashville and Charlotte. Remember when the SEC Championship game was played in Birmingham in the 90s?
