Join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we enjoy Fall Comfort Foods including Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup (Chicken or Vegetarian), Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, and Macadamia Date Brownies. Major allergens: gluten/wheat, dairy*, tree nuts (*can be modified by request prior to class). Participants will receive training in basic culinary techniques, learn about key nutrients and enjoy sharing a meal together at the end of class. This class is open to adults 17+ in the greater Birmingham community. Limited to 16 participants.
