Mrs. Sarah Stone, MSN, WHNP-BC, RN, is a nursing instructor specializing in women’s health, with extensive clinical and academic experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on women’s health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Jacksonville State University. Mrs. Stone has gained diverse clinical experience through her roles at UAB, where she began her nursing career in gynecology/oncology and later worked in labor and delivery. While at UAB, she discovered her passion for teaching through her interactions with patients and students, finding great joy in educating both groups about care and medical knowledge. After earning her MSN, she began working as a clinical adjunct and nurse practitioner, guiding nursing students in learning about women’s health and helping them find their place in the nursing world.
