Our November 2024 Rascal is Oliver!  His person is Yaslin Perez (2L).  Oliver, a long-haired Chihuahua mix, loves walks and confidently believes he's the biggest dog in town.  He’s quick to ask for a massage from anyone nearby and is happiest visiting his grandparents, where he enjoys home-cooked meals and plenty of affection.
