Our Rascal for March is Chico! His person is  Mary Grace Nelson (1L).

Chico, a 15-year-old Havanese, has been a beloved companion since he was adopted when Mary Grace was in third grade. He enjoys long naps, sunbathing, good meals, and spending time with his people. Though he can have a bit of an attitude at times, his loyalty and sweetness never waver.
