Brannon P. Denning, Starnes Professor of Law, was a panelist at the Cato Institute's 2023 Constitution Day Conference.

This year, the institute's annual conference was titled "The Supreme Court: Past and Prologue, A Look at the 2022 and 2023 Terms." Denning's presentation was livestreamed and will appear in the 2023 Cato Supreme Court Review.
