Prior to attending Samford, Gigi was a student at Covenant Day School in Matthews, NC. While there, she was an AP Scholar with Distinction and was a member of both the National Honor Society and Beta Club. She also played soccer in high school, serving for two years as the captain while playing for the Charlotte Independence Soccer Club. While attending Samford, Gigi plans to study psychology and biblical studies, and plans to use her degree in biblical counseling or youth ministry.
