McNeil Honea currently studies economics in Samford's Brock School of Business. His research interests and areas of expertise include classical liberal economics, post-1980s American economic history, and the intersections between American religious history and economics. During his time at Samford, he has been involved in numerous organizations such as the AEI Executive Council, Samford Recruitment Team, Samford Ambassadors, Samford Residence Life, and others. He plans to pursue a graduate career in economics.
