Civil liberties activist Barry W. Lynn will
address students at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law
Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. in Robinson law building. The public is
invited free of charge.
Lynn, executive director of Americans United for
Separation of Church and State, will speak as part of Cumberland’s
Cordell Hull Speakers Forum.
His topic will be “A day without separation of church and state.”
Lynn has held his post at Americans United since
1992. Prior to that, he was legislative counsel for American Civil
Liberties Union, and held other positions with organizations related to
religious liberty.
