Cumberland Students Named to Regional Leadership Posts
Three students at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, have been appointed to leadership positions in the American Bar Association's Law Student Division.
David Williams of Huntsville, Matthew Jordan of Homewood and Lindsay Stengle of Plano, Texas, will serve as lieutenant governors of the LSD's fifth circuit, which includes law schools in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and Puerto Rico. All three are second-year law students at Cumberland.
Williams will attend the annual meeting of the ABA in San Francisco, Calif., August 7-12. Also representing Cumberland at the meeting will be Student Bar Association president Kelly Fitzgerald of Madison, Miss., and elected representatives Robin Bobo of Birmingham and Erin Mitchell of Irving, Texas.
